I bought a group of angels earlier this year and have been growing them out, hoping to get a pair, but lately I've been too busy to pay much attention to them. So, I was pleasantly surprised to find eggs this morning. I'm hoping some of the eggs will hatch, but I doubt I'll really get to raise any until I put the pair in their own breeding tank.
One question though. I've heard that sometimes 2 females will lay eggs together. Does anyone know how long until the unfertilized eggs get fungus and die. I know mine have been there for at least a day, maybe more. . . . I just wondered if I could be sure I have a pair even if the eggs get eaten before they hatch.
