Angelfish/clowns upgrade

I have three blue angels and 4 clowns in a 55 gal and am planning on upgrading the tank the clowns are all small. What other cichlids would be laid back enough to share a tank with angels was thinking a female sajica ? Or maybe an some type of acara ?
Also what size upgrade should I aim for ?

Why not go with a group of geos and upgrade to a 180
