They have holes growing in them, ut sure what it is. So far has not infected anything but my angels. Also have tetras, gouramis, cats, Iredesent shark, and a nice fat fire eel in the tank.Thank You for your help.

This looks like Hex. Metronidazole should be used for 7 days, 3 treatments per day metro is only good for about 8 hours. Remove any carbon from the filter Do a large water change and vacume the substrate before adding the Metro. I would soak some food in the metro as well and feed it during the treatment period. You could up the temp in the tank to 86F during treatment. Clean water and regular filter is the best prevention for this along with quarteen of any new stock before adding to the main tank. You could also add some aquarium salt to the tank 1 tablespoon per 5 gallons to facilatate healing.
