Angelfish just common Koi or wild hybrid?

I've had my Angelfish for a couple months now, and I have always thought without question that he was a regular Koi, but after looking at various pictures of othe people's Kois, mine looks considerably different. Recently, in another thread, after describing how my AF had a green/blue iridescence on it's fins, and a bit around it's gills, someone mentioned the possibility that it could be some kind of hybrid. I have seen the iridescent color in other AF, namely and mostly Peruvian species. So, i'm really just looking for others opinions on it... I got the best pics I could considering (he likes to look at you dead-on when you approach the tank, making it hard to get a good sideshot).

Trust me, it's not the flash making that color.

After reconsidering, and searching around for awhile more, I came across a picture of a Crowned Marble here.

I think I've found my fish... Except for the green/blue, again. Does anyone else have a fish with similar colors?

Yes, you found your fish. It is indeed a crowned Marble Gold . We have several of these strains in our hatchery some call them gold velvet marbles . You have a very beautiful Angel.
The iridescent on the fish is common .
