Yes but I would suggest a trio of Bolivian Rams.

Yup Rams would do fine with Angels.

However keep in mind that Rams need very clean water, so ensure adequate filtration and regular water changes.

Hi. I do 50% water changes every Sunday and I have 2 Penguin 350's on the 55.
