Angelfish with Split Pelvic Fin

I have two golden vail angelfish (or so i believe) and one of them has started to have its pelvic fin start to split. I know it is not being bitten by my other fish. Any thoughts on what it is? Water parameters are ph=7, ammonia and nitrite=0, and nitrates=10. They both act totally normal and are eating. Here are some pics so you can see, the second pic is the pair.

Your angels look fine to me. Sometimes with the veil angels their pelvic fins are split. They are very pretty angels.

I have had regular angels like this. It is nothing to worry about. Their fins look nice and healthy to me. they are ending in points ( from what I can see by the pics) so that is normal especially for veiltails.
