Angelfish with weird lighter color circle/flaking....

This little new fish suddenly has this round thing on it. It's the thing near his/her tail and bottom fin. It seems like it's flaking/shedding, but then on 2 tiny spots, it's sticking out kinda like fuss.
Any one can help?

Thats fungus..... when i used to own angelfish they used to get it all the time but use something for fungus and change 50% of water
