i have 2 angelfish and i think that they may be trying to breed. What are the signs of angelfish breeding?

FUNNY but at least every day the female tilts upward and it appears as the male is pecking the female is this a sign that the angelfish are breeding?
At the base of the gills, were they come together? My male does this all the time. What is your water changeing schedule? It may be that the male wants to breed but the female is no ready... Just give them time.

ya they come together at the bottom of the gills and we change the water about once every other week and they are about 4 years old and in the tank there is 2 goldfish 1 red-tailed black shark 1 black skirt tetra 2 unknown fish 1 pictus catfish 1 pleco 2 giant danios 2 pearl danios and 2 flame tetras and a small cave some slate and some plastic plants
