Ok I have a 30 gallon tall tank set up. Right now I've got:
2 cherry barbs
4 harlequin rasaboras
3 bleeding hearts tetras
1 platy
1 dwarf flame gourami
1 rubber lipped pleco
Do I have enough room for an Angelfish?
Would the Angelfish get along with my other fish?
If I don't have the room for the angelfish what are some suggestions of other fish?
I don't want to get any more tetras, or platies. I'd like to get something more unique or interesting which I know will be hard since it's a community tank and it's only a 30 gallon.
But I'd appreciate any suggestions or advice.

Mmmmm...when its small, there might just be issues of food competition; mainly the larger tetras getting all the food while the angel hides. And once the angel gets larger, it may become the antagonists.

Overall, I'd say its possible, but there will be some risks. Be prepared to remove somethng if everyone doesn't get along.

I would go with six Angelfish (Pterophyllum scalare) in that tank and get rid of the rest of the fish. They do better in small schools but if you were to add one I think at the right size it would be fine, and would end up harassing all the smaller fish.

I do have an extra 10 gallon tank if i have to seperate the fish.
I just want to make sure if an angelfish would work in my tank or not.
I don't think I have any fish that would pick on a angelfish.
Do you think a 30 gallon tall tank is big enough for one angelfish?

Yes, its big enough for a couple.

Angelfish get about 6 inches right? I'm doing research on them before I decide on getting any or not. I don't want to over crowd the tank. Would an Angelfish be okay by himself or does he have to have other angelfish with him?

They do get 6", a solo Angelfish will be fine.
