Hi there, I had a friend aske me the other day about her breeding angels. she has two, and there laying eggs, but they go white the next day and after about 48 hrs they eat them. if there fertilized they would be pink right? do you guys thnk they should take them out and see if they hatch in another tank? or do u think there not gettign fertilized? u wouldnt get 2 femals n a tank lay eggs would u? any segestions would be greatly appriciated. thnaks.

If they are spawning on a slate, she can remove the slate and put the eggs in a gallon glass jar with an air stone and some methylene blue. Here's a couple articles for her to read:

It is not uncommon to get to females as a pair. (Right now I think that I have a Pair that is 2 males) If the eggs aren't getting fertilized that means that there is no male or the male is sterile...
