So CAl.
i have a pair of that have layed eggs twice already and both time they have either let the bolivian ram or neon eat their eggs and it also seems that male does not fertilize the eggs. I guess their still trying to figure out how it works. do they need to be in a tank by them selves? i did remove the ram from the tank but the eggs were gone by the next day

You should put them into a tank by themselves yes. You could also remove the object the eggs are laid on and place them in a tank with water from the tank they bred in. A lot of angels have lost parental care instincts though generations of farm breeding.

Are you spending all the time in front of the tank while they are laying eggs? How many times have they laid eggs? What are the water parameters?
