I have a pair of proven breeders, all of the sudden the eggs don't hatch out? wtf Water parems are good. Could it be a piece of driftwood leaching to much tannins nto the water? This is the only thing I can think of. The fish are a little over a year old.

When you say a "Proven Pair" does this mean they have spawned before and had fry? Or just laid eggs?

Angelfish can breed for several years. They are just truly entering adulthood at a year old.

Yes they had fry., in a comm tank. I moved them to their own spaciuos(sp) quarters and nothing till acouple days ago. It took them about 6 weeks to settle in. We have a small batch going. Cool. Thanks for the info.
