Dose any one know of any low cost anhydrous ammonia monitor that could be used to shut down pumps to keep from mixing it in to the water.

Not low cost, that unit would be both a continous monitor and a control unit, not cheap.
Welcome to MFK dutch

Why do you need such a fancy meter?

maybe there is a near by meth lab

Joking of corse:)

WELCOME TO MFK

Most people would not beleive how many and how close the meth labs are to thier homes, but my problem is a careless framer that farm right behind my house. Over the last ten years we have had several house wide losts, up to fourteen tanks in four deferent rooms. The last one wipe a three year old reef tank along with six other salttanks. Just finished a fifteen hundred salt look down.

I came across a multi sensor/contoller on a site in Florida, they start at $850. I'll try to find it. Is this from a well or what because if it is entering your system through a single pipe it would probably be cheaper to find through an industrial source. Also 2 words, SUE HIM.

With in three days or him putting it down the tanks somtime as quick as the next day. It's not 100% proof but it mor than a head scatch.
