Animal Planet RIGHT NOW (west coast) is having a show called 'Animal Planet Report' and they had knifefish in the intro scene!! HOpefully they will have something cool!

There should be more fish shows besides bass fishing. I LOVE bass but lets try some diversity.

They had a short 1 to 2 minute segment on the Knife fish. They showed some footage of 2 brown knifes mating, and had some sound bites of their frequencies being recorded.. Pretty interesting, but not long enough.

I want to see one about fish in general. All kinds that can be kept in tanks. I think that some of the magazines should try and start a channel. I think we should make a petition and send it too them. Fish are under estimated and misunderstood. And maybe this way some of those people who are so ignorant will stop keeping thier fish in horrible conditions.

if you get comcast, look on demand under the sports section. go to the OLN network and pick fishing. there is a thing on payara and arapaimas.
