Anomalochromis thomasi I think?

Hi I bought this fish because he was at the store for a few weeks. I thought it was a type od dwarf SA cichlid. After getting it home and really getting a good look I don't think it's SA at all.

I'm pretty sure it's a Anomalochromis thomasi. Has any kept these guys and have any info on them. It's a good little fish she adjusted quickly.

Yes, that is A. Thomasi. The only common name I know of is Dwarf African Butterfly Cichlid. Males get around 4" while females stay around 3 or so at the most. They come from western Africa and are very peaceful. Nice picture too by the way.

Thanks. This little guy is growing on me. He is active and not shy I can tell he has personality. the other fish I got an SA flag cichlid is boring and lame compared to this guy.
