Seriously, damn this fish 
Funny when I posted the pic and santoury ID'd him for me, we agreed the body shape was similar to a leporinus...well, he's as nippy as a lep for sure. I've found I can't keep any species of catfish at all in the tank, he will eat all the fins off...so even the pleco is out. He generally hangs out in the bottom 1/3 of the tank, so the other fish know to stay in the top half. Mostly now he bothers the convicts, but they've learned to steer clear of him.
Very cool fish, and I guess he's kinda rare as I've never seen the species in the lfs before...but one mean little bugger.
