The timeless answer here, "depends on the tank load, feeding schedule/amount, fish type/size", etc.
A general reply to an otherwise general post.
Everything varies from keeper to keeper. What works for me, may not for you.
No definitive answer is possible here IMO.

Weekly at least. The potscrubbies will do a poor job of filtering particulate waste, so the martix will become ditry quit quickly. Ditry martix makes for lousy biomedia, all the pores will become clogged.

why would you put scrubbies in a hob filter???

I put scrubbies in a HOB filter with pretty good results, although i do have a magnum just for mechanical filtration but still the scurbies become dirty very often and must be cleaned about once every 2 weeks atleast.

ok,,, Why do alot of people say to use pot scrubbers instead of sponges? So should I totaly get rid of the pot scrubbers? I have like 12 pot scrubbers in the ac110... and 1 liter of matrix all squeezed into the ac110

Pot scrubbies are best used in wet/dry trickle filters as replacement media for bio balls. In this sitsuation the are exposed to both air and water. In a HOB or canister were the scubbies are alwat completely submerged they are not a effective as other media. The biggest problem with your set up is you are atempting to use them as mechanical media. The original sponge that came with the filter should be used for that. You could put the sponge back in and then place matrix atop the sponge and scubbies on top of the matrix to give you a little more area to cultivate the beneficial bacteria.

would,, this be good??? what i have done today was....

Bottom Sponge
Middle 1 Liter of Matrix
Top Bio Rings from Fluval.... its all submerged and fit perfectly...
