Another angel?

What else is in the tank? Depending on your stocking level I would add three more, but again it depends on how heavly stocked you are and compatability.

Either dont buy anymore, or buy at least 3 more, as stated earlier. No matter what you do, one will become overly dominant and the other will be very stressed. You need more fish to divide the aggression. And you have room in your tank as long as you keep up on water changes.

I am trying to make this same decision.. I only have one angelfish with nice long fins in a tank by himself, and wanted to add another, but thought the old one would pick on the new one. So I read once that if you add like 3 or 4 more, then let them pair up on their own, that is the way to go. Which I could do by buying some the same size as the one I have now, but I really don't want his fins to get messed up. Or would he be the dominant one since it is "his" tank? Then after I have a pair, I would like to sell the rest and just keep the pair.. is this how it is done???
