If he is a constant, hang em out to dry! I certainly wouldn't buy from em. I recently had a problem with a scammer and I think I did the wrong thing. I paid the scammer off and didn't report it or publicize it because I just arted selling a new product and didn't want any notority associated with it even though i was in the right.
