If it has an overbite I'd say hartwegi. Colors will improve in time - it's pretty faded in your pics
 
Well its def vieja of some type/combination. I was leaning toward fenestratus. I see the red head starting and light barring in the body. Also the red tip of the tail fin, but alot of vieja get this. I'm not seeing bifa, but could also be hartwegi. It needs to color up more for an accurate id.
