indiana
We went out again to a local reservoir, and they've been doing the annual draw down for about half a month. The water is 8 ft lower than normal, and it gives up an opportunity to see parts of it that are normally hidden. We found a few spots, beached the boat, and just walked around exploring. It was really awesome, and I wish I would have taken more pictures. Oh well, maybe I'll get lucky and have another weekend with good weather!

the second picture are amazing

that wide lense is completely blowing my mind because the picture takes in so much of the landscape it is breath taking... just incredible beauty.. i love indiana... already... :D

awesome pics.. is that driftwood on the sand in the 2nd pics?? if so their awesome pieces ;)

Hey thanks everyone:) The sun was nailing the trees perfectly in the second pic. I did some post processing but that's as accurate as I could get with all of the detail.

Liz, If that makes you love indiana I'll make that love stronger with pictures in the future. Indiana is usually thought of as boring, but it's really a pretty interesting state.

I need to take more out door pictures. I'm getting into this photography thing hahaha:D.

Our next trip out will be a driftwood collecting trip. This place is (obviously) loaded with it. 95% of the driftwood I have came from this lake. It's a clean lake, so that makes it even easier for me.

I didn't say great, I said interesting! LOL. Come on man, 50 minutes north of me is 1 of the top ten musky lakes in the COUNTRY, and 50 minutes south of me is catfish and racecar heaven. It's not perfect, but it's pretty good:)

Speaking of stunning pix, yours are almost done;)

Everything i see about Indiana looks beautiful to me.. boring is okay.. i am used to quiet and serene...it looks clean and wide open natural landscaping and you have great fish stores.
