Another Dead endli

In the past month two of my endlicheri died the biggest one. i dunno what is wrong is there parasites. it was eating shrimp yesterday and today i saw it dead it wasnt showing signs like the first one this one just died. i check the heater filter and nothing was wrong wth man wth
