I assume this is a hybrid....what do you think it is? About 5-6" right now.

Herotilapia multispinosa, probably in breeding/stressed coloration. (I'm not anywhere close to being an expert so I'm taking a shot in the dark)

^^^no....this is everyday color. never seen a hint of yellow. have had this fish for about 6 months

I've never seen a Kamfa look like that but I'm definitely not a FH expert I think they're generally a more solid color covered in pearls and the shape is weird on this guy IDK
definitely not a rainbow the shape is all wrong for that too
Umbee cross? That would be cool but very unlikely. I think someone crossed one with a Loisell once but that's not exactly common to put it lightly.
