I want to start seeding my fx5 in preperation for my 125g. If i put it on my 75g will it produce too much current? The tank has a mixed school of silver dollars and polypterus. Thanks

Should be fine, the return nozzle is directable. Either point the nozzles up or turn down the flow.
It's perfectly fine, but if you feel that it's too strong, you can also adjust the flow rate when you turn the aquastop on the return valve.
