I thought so but for a juvenile Florida gar I've seen pics that look like this one. Even on the other identification one on this forum it looked like one but didn't know. The site I got it from said it was a spotted gar but wasn't to sure! Thanks

if you bought it online or from a fish store with out any origin information, it is 99% a Florida gar.

New Hampshire! And it was cheap money too!!! The place has a lot of oddball fish! Perfect place for me. It is also where I got my gator gar from!

I'm not positive it is. It looks like it could be because of the larger spots, but I'm no expert.
