Looks like armatus to me, amazing deal almost free! Adipose different color than fins and large lower jaw with spotting

Nice...that sounds very promising...he seems a bit shorter aswell lile and armatus would be...still trying to get a better pic, def. Glad i segregated him in his own 10 for now until i figure out what it is.

I know right lol...i kept my mouth shut...hes a good guy tho, he also had it stashed far in the back corner kinda hidden in the guppy section. Sometimes i think he "hides" fish like this for me on purpose so others dont notice them. pretty sure his supplier is segrest farms so im kinda leaning towards tat after reading other threads. Sure would b nice if its a tru armatus tho for $12.

haha congrats def looks like an armatus from the basic looks of it. Wait till it grows though. IDK why but armatus are the #1 mislabled fish these days.
