These guys have had me going back and forth all day.They got me thinking they are cichla sp. venezuela after seeing Rapps' pics. What do you guys think? They are 5''-6''.

orino's. for sure. there river has to be id'd from the guy you got it from at that size if your in not rush though wait till there 10in or so then i can tell you if there venz or columbians.
I thought they were orinos when i first saw them but then they started showing more and more spotting so they got me second guessing. That's awesome, I was hoping they were.

Haha, why did you have to go and do that, the thought never would have crossed my mind. Really though thanks for the info, didn't know that. Care to elaberate on that? Any info would be appreciated. From the pictures I have seen of FOGO, they always seemed more of a type of orino. Whatever they are they are stunning, can't wait till they put a few more inches on. I was expecting spangled ocells when they were described to me but my jaw dropped when I saw them.
