Ok it is called a Krib with I thought I was right, just too many fish referred to as krib.

So Pelvicachromis pulcher is my guess, Pelvicachromis for sure.

Went to a talk on them recently, cool little fish. If the belly starts getting colored it is a female, if not male. There are a ton of color variants.
