Looks like a channa mouth to me than a pike.
 
Guys, esox species do not have a second set of teeth. Nor do bass, walleyes and bowfin have them.
 
The only channa with this type of setup is maularoids . There is a possability its that but the one I examined was far smaller than this and secondry teeth where not as pronounced so cannot fully confirm . No other channa have those pads for the main teeth

Yeah but no North America fish species have that kind of teeth. It do look like a bullseye snakehead
