went to the lfs today for a battery air pump.... no luck on that yet but i couldnt pass up the lima shovelnose....a little bit of time to set up the emegency tank, but its home. heres a pic of the new one.. about 4 inches long

i finally got the little one to eat some bloodworms tonite. it only took about 3-4 and its belly was already showing.... such a skinny little guy. at least its eating though

if you have a walmart or kmart or a bait tackle store they have those air pumps for like 8 bucks

yeah i know i was looking for the battery backup one that plugs in to an outlet and automatically tells when the power is out. i know i can get them online but i was near the pet supplies plus so had to stop..... just didnt know id fall for another lima...

today i lost the little guy.... had to bump the temp up and added salt to fight ick. only got it to eat 3 times since i got it... wife called me at work to tell me he died....i feel bad for the little guy.....
