Another Male of Female question...

I've had this GT since late Sept. He was about 2" when I got it and now it's about 4". Any idea if it's male or female? Thanks.

I read about "long fins being a male and short fins being a female. Mine doesn't have the long fins like some others that I've seen. Then again, I've seen males with short fins and the big bump on the head. How do you know if mine's a male...color, shape, fins or what? Thanks.

It says "male" on its tail, among other things

Alright...i gottcha.....

and doesn't the male grow the hump on it's head as little as 4''?

I think it varies. Some do, some get it later, and some may never get it. I've only owned two GTs in the past so my experience is limited....well ok three, one disappeared
