Another male or female sen

Just got this guy in the store I work at and am considering getting it... I think my albino at home is a male bit am not sure about this one... What do you think?

How can you tell? I've always wondered what mine were.

By the anal fin.. Round+large = male, small+pointed = female.

+1 but when the males are younger they have the anal fin of a female so until the male is mature you won't really know
