Just picked this guy up got him in a tank with a TSN, Sveni, Rapheal cat, and a few others all ranging from 4-6 inches with the new peacock being about 6". Now feeding 5-6 days a week live blackworms, gold fish, rosies, guppies and ghost shrimp all pre fattened up in a feeder tank with blackworms and bloodworms as well as frozen bloodworms and mysis shrimp. Eats great but what kind of Cichla is this and how rapid should I expect it to grow feeding at this rate with this diet?

seems stressed possibly why it has that dark horizontal bar going through the first blotch so on that means if its true a mono is your best bet =]
 
x2 on the Mono wagon. As far as eating goes...its a mono...and eating is something they do incredibly well and often!
