Okay so i started the process and moved my stand into the house, and of course its not level.lol, Secondly I don't have solid flat/closed surface, the tube stand is open on the bottom. I bought some of the wood plastic composite shims from home depot to see if that will work, but my main concern is the bottom not being flat. I have a pictures attached. Any ideas to make this level and safe or do you think the composite shims will be fine.

if your worried about the bottom being open get some 1/4 still squares put that under the legs then shim it

Shimming one area without knowing where your joists are could create more problems. A continous contact shim would be best. Second best is a snug shim at EVERY floor joist. The 3/4 plywood subfloor you most likely have is not designed to carry the Atlantic Ocean!!

Edit; also remember that shims can compress, even the hard plastic ones. I assume we're talking about more than 50 lbs!?

What does that mean, "knowing were you joust is" What't the joist and what problems. The floor is not plywood, and the stand is sitting on the concrete slab, the carpet is pulled back. What's a continuous contact shim and where do you get this from?

Are you saying your not sure what a floor joist is?

The stand is on concrete currently?

Yes, the stand is on concrete, and yes I was referring to the joist comment made above. Is that referring to a wood floor, or cooncrete floor?

You can use washers as shims

Floor joists are what support your floor on the first level, second level and so on.
