I will be moving to Illinois in the next month from Georgia. My sister is coming down this weekend and will be leaving Monday morning to take my dovii and his pet pleco along with a 75gal tank. I was going to let her handle the cycling of the tank and trust her to put him in when its up to temp but I'm starting to get a little nervous about it.
I know I can pack him up right and she'll get him there safe I'm just not sure about setting up the tank. My question is can anyone out there in the Clay, Effingham county area possibly a house him for maybe a week? This may be a long shot but I wanted to throw it out there and see if I could get any assistance.
Now for the fish. He's an almost 12 inch dovii. Still pretty docile by dovii standards the pleco is maybe 8 inches. Please respond if you're willing and able to assist. Thanks in advance.
