If you look carefully, he has two parasites (lice) on his back that I never noticed until watching the vid. I picked up this new boy yesterday and he is night and day from the other, smaller one I got. Much more assertive and extremely territorial. As you will see in this vid, I fed him some Halibut fillet but the pieces seem to be a little large for him. At one point in the vid he bites the tongs, luckily not my hand!

Yeah, that's what I was saying in the first post. He ate only a few small pieces, I think they were too large for him. More to come, this was his first meal at my house so I wasn't really sure what he liked or could swallow.

very nice looking fish..i would look for other food then what you were giving him....that fish fillet busted into a million pieces.
 
I haven't fed him the halibut since, not only does it rip apart making a mess he doesn't like it.
