What an addiction keeping fish has become. A friend and I went to check out a lfs that going out of business. Its a shame too cause the owner is cool and gives good info. He was selling basically everything in the store. I of course got the "I need a new tank today" bug. Fast forward to tonight, I have a new to me 40 breeder. I got the tank, glass top, single strip light, tank rack (needs painting and prettying up) 2 heaters, airpump, bio spira, small bottle of Prime, 2 clay pots and a few other things for $150.
I always keep a few sponge filters in the sump of my 75. I had a bag of play sand and some rocks. All set up and looking good. I also picked up 6 under 1.5" jack dempseys which are waiting in a quarantine tank. I plan on thinning them out to get a pair.
