Male Red Texas with a kok already son I have not had a fish this mean in a while for it's size either he is psycho man glass bangin
The dude I got it from feed mealworms only a real no no to do with hybrids do the their sensitive digestive tracks! So do to that I am currently in the process of fixing the inflamed anus issue he has. Not hard to do just a pint in the neck. Got to have he little guy on soft food so the next 2-3 weeks before he can make his way back to a good pellet diet and really put some size on! A project but a for sure keeper! His attitude rivals that of any Midas or Red Devil I have ever kept at this size and I have kept too many to count

i agree with you on aggression. with my experience with srt's they're beasts. mine killed a few of my flowerhorns that was the same size as it.

haha good stuff. You guys in Calif have all the luck and sometimes people are so stupid they will feed their expensive hybrids all the wrong food just to enhance their colors and potential but they usually don't know what they're really doing. Good to see this fish in your hands. Knowing you from the ca/sa section I know you know whats up. I treat all my flowerhorns just like any new worlds with the occasional extra flowerhorn treat. This fish will be amazing after a few months. Keep us updated.
