Hello there! Here's my "I'm new here" post.
I'm relatively new to the fish keeping world. I got thrown into the fish world about a year ago. To make a long story short, I work at a pet store. I kind of got thrown into the fish department and I'm trying my hardest to make sure the right fish go to the right homes. But there are still times when I'm confronted with a situation in which I'm not sure how to advise a customer, and I love forums like this where I can double-check my information before I tell the customer something.
Currently, I have only a 20H aquarium. I have a pair of German blue rams (they just started spawning, yay!!), a pair of peacock gudgeons, and 6 cherry barbs. I'm incredibly proud of my rams... I think they're gorgeous! I'm also attempting to keep some java ferns, although I've never in my life been able to keep anything green alive. I'd LOVE something larger, but I have two hurdles to overcome: Moving into a larger place so that I have the space, and convincing Hubby that I need a bigger tank!
That's me in a nutshell!
