Another...Other DIY overflow ? for 1 1/4" Pics/Flow rate

Ive built the overflow to the specs of the sticky.... Did a check valve and Personally sucked about a gallon of water through it to make sure there was no air.....
I built this unit out of 1 1/4" and My pump dosent flow too much... The water level rises till it pours out and even tough it is draining it isnt draining enough or fast enough?

My pump will do a MAx of 528gph..... But i doubt it, Its a cheaper Made In China rip off of the ehiem sump pump.
Also its using a 5/8 ID nylon intake pipe with a 4 foot head.
Is it possible it just cant flow enough? I may need 2 units.....?

Not trying to be a pain, Ive searched this for a week now before trying to post about it..... Ill have ray pups in the next week and need this sump operational ASAP

So even Using the 1/2" overflow i built for the auto drip it still cant keep up..... Im going to build another 1 1/4 or maybe a 1 1/2 and run duals and PRAY they line up at the T's for even drainage....
It does work..... Just dosent keep up with the pump

I also cut the bottom elbow before the stand out to give it more of a downward angle..... Helped a little but still..... no 600GPH to say the least

I'd suggest you have set the tank level too high.

They do take some time and depth to get working at full speed.
