Another pleco ID please

Does anyone know what this is ?
I got it from a friend and she doesn't know anything about it so now I am wondering.

2-3 times a day, now I put it in my fathers tank , but it looks different in his tank.

Looks like a common to me. It is possible for commons to stay small. Which seems to happen alot with hand-me-downs.

L001's are not commons they are Pterygoplichthys joselimaianus
