I love how one of the comments said, "thank you for not stuffing her!"

Well that comment tells us one sure thing....it wasn't jjohnwm that hit the bear, because that guy would have had it in the boot of his pickup in quick order, sped off home at breakneck speed and stuffed that old grizzly, lol.

Is it rut season for deer and moose?
In my area I continue to drive the required 30 miles an hour due to white tail. Bucks are focused on one thing and will dart out into traffic.

Yes, full on rut here. But we have deer & moose moving through the city year round.

Yes, I found that out after reading more. Clearly, it wasn’t the driver’s fault. I was just so upset initially that I didn’t give it a second thought before posting, which was my bad. Unfortunately, the edit time ran out, so I couldn’t go back and correct it.
