can you feed fish frogs like small bullfrogs or something else i think its bad to feed them toads but not sure also can you feed them toad tadpols i see alot during the spring and was thinking thay would be a free source of good protein.

Many toads are as toxic as tadpoles as they are adults, newt are even worse, most common frogs are okay.
ok so no toads then do you now of any frogs that are smaller than bullfrogs that are safe to feed
Arrows, crickets, gray trees, leopards, pickerels, red legs, chorus, and dozens of others including exotics like red eyed and monkey frogs.
Come spring I'll have all the tree frog tadpoles I need and then some. No work involved, just scoop out as needed. The fish love them. The only cost is listening to the nightly croaking.
