My car stereo had been vandalized so I decide to go to wally world and pick up a new pioneer , drop 170 bucks to get it home , open the box and its a 2004 fujitsu used hunk of s!*t . I said ah hell no and took it back , after an hour of arguing i have to call pioneer . Man there gonna laugh at me , they wont give me an exchange , money back , im just screwed . Any opinions on how to handle this ? I have called there corperate office and have to wait , i know pioneer will say too bad. any advice is welcome

I called wal mart corperate , they want me to deal with pioneer .... total bs they said the system was never sold but i think an employee did it . I wish i could just say forget it but 170 bones dont come easy for a fella like me ...... they will pay

Wall mart is known for putting crap back on the shelves that is not supposed to go back. thier pubilc policy to NOT put returned items back on the shelves. BUT having relatives that have worked there that is not what they do. They will allow you to return anything without checking the contentes of the box.
Look up these three things some of which are recent
1: a few x-mas ago a father got one of his young children a Ipod. they get it home open it up and turn it on. Everything works great but it's full of hardcore porn. Someone bought it filled it up with porn then returned it.
2: a lady buys her kid a new DS. when the boy opens it up it's turns out to be rocks wraped in a chinese news paper. The lady goes to get her money back and she is told that they will do nothing for her. With a little bit of looking she finds out that the box of rocks has allready been returned TWICE!
3. a PSP is bought. when it gets to the new owner it's found to have a SD card full of porn. so again the new owner complains and wally world says they don't know how it happend and it's not policy to put returned items back on shelves. But they really do it. but not talk about it.
