I'm planning my stocking for a 210 gallon (7'x2'x2') that I will be setting up soon. I would like to do cichla. How long would it take for them to outgrow this tank? Also what species would I be able to keep the longest in this size tank?

Depends on which kind you get. Get the slow growing ones and you could keep them for 3 or so years. Depends on a bunch of variables. Keep your fish happy and in a clean home and they can stay there for a long time

kelberi and orinos grow pretty slow. stay away from temensis and pinimas as they seem to grow the fastest.
