Another update on my blue angels (and the LFS zebra)

All the grow-out angels are looking great and have good growth rate.

I can't believe some of the colors they are showing already, it will be very very interesting in the next couple months.

This is the zebra I picked up from the LFS. When lights go on the stripes are bold, but then it fades probably because of the white wall behind the tank and the lack of substrate.

These are the pinoy zebras, I'm really liking the wide fins.

This is the pinoy clowns/ghosts, the red orange color is really cool, only visible with flash though:

Blue platinum, their blue still hasn't come in strong yet, still young:

I like the wifi fins too.
The plats are like that. The fainter the base colors are of PB, the lesser you will see blue since the contrast is not that much. My silver pbs seem to have lesser blue in them, but thats because their base color is not dark.

depends on the strain, the pinoys about $8 each, the ghosts and blue plats were $6, somewherein that range.

I think strictly speaking, none of the fish you have are wi-fi. However a large portion of Mike's fish (which have a pedigree that can be traced back to Ken's) throw really wide fins. The one you mention looks almost like wifi. Although there are wider finned angels.

You will love the look more and more as they age. I have a het-PB black that fits the bill. Its not wifi, but looks very impressive when its showing off (which is easy for me to do, I just bring my hand close to the tank and it gets into the "look at me mode!").
