I'm a bit worried of that pbass when someday you'll see a bichir hiding inside the pbass' mouth. One of my friend here in BC got a 6" pbass and swallow a 5" red snakehead. Both died BTW.

I'm still thinking if your bicgir is really a juvie ansorgii or a hybrid. The pattern also resembles a Guinea lap.

I know Guinea lap have been captive breed already and even cross with a Nigerian lap too or an Endli.

This is why I hate getting bichirs from LFS now as I don't know where they source them out.

the two pbass will go into a different tank later on. so far this pbass has been feeding on live crawlers worms. i don't mind captive breed as long as it's cheap. A wild caught ansorgii would cost 3x more.
