Anti-bacteria & anti-parasite

I just wanna know..bacteria infection will still active if parasite like flukes,nematode etc is still there..

1.Can we use anti-bacteria and anti-parasite medication altogether during bath treatment?(not contain permanganate pottasium)

2.If can,do I need to reduce both dosage to half?

You usually don't do baths in antibiotics or anti-parasite medication. Baths are usually either salt, KMnO4 or methylene blue. You can combine Kanamyacin and metro but that won't treat flukes. You can combine metro and prazi then treat with an antibiotic if still needed. If you do combine dose full strength
