Antibiotic usage and effectivity

Im using oceanfree yellow powder ony arowanas. Using it to treat rotting of the scales. Hownlong does the effect of antibiotic last in aquarium? Also if a 2nd dose is needed how dp i go about doing it? Apply fill dose after partial water change? Or just replace the dose removed by the water change

Japanese Yellow Powder is sodium nifurstyrenate. There is not much on dosing read the link provided below or check with the Aro guys in that section for more information.

Make a 40% wc later , planning to redose tomorrow. Ill
Make another 40% wc before that. Was advised by lfs ownerhe usually dose the 2nd dose after 3 water changes.

I just redosed 2nd dosage of anti biotics before that i made 60% wc. And dosed with 75% of original dose
