Antibiotics for animals to be restricted?

This article does not mention fish, but I think the implications may affect our hobby as the government is looking to control the spread of drug resistant bacteria.

It says animals. Fish are animals. Here comes bigger government and more restrictions. Maybe we could start a movement. Our mantra could be "Keep you laws off my aquarium".

I am all for making the use of antibiotics limited to the situations when they are actually needed, but antibiotics are an important tool for the care of animals, including fish.
